Key West artist Katja Schadoffsky is a true free spirit and genuine "fresh water conch." Educated at the Waldorf Schule in Braunschweig, Katja received her bachelor degree in 1993. Her studies included painting, sculpture and languages. Her hobbies are varied. Katja likes to kick box and hold a "Black Belt" in the Martial Arts. She is an accomplished free diver and underwater photographer as well as an avid Yoga practitioner. She is a lover of music, Katja plays saxophone, flute, trumpet and guitar. As if that weren't enough Katja also walks a Slack Rope while juggling knives while blindfolded. Katja currently makes her living drawing caricatures at Mallory Square Sunset Celebration. Kaja's art work can also be seen in Mallory Gallery at 803 Whitehead St. in Key West. |
